Q : Can I send a fax in color?
A : No, fax is a technology which sends black and white documents only.

Q: Can I fax a document including photographs?

A : Yes, when the document is well designed, you can obtain quality results. You should, however, include built-in photographs which are very clear, with few details and strong contrasts.

Q : Under which format must I send you my document to be fax broadcasted?
A : We support several formats, but Word and PDF formats are mostly used. We prefer the PDF format when possible; contrary to other types of files, PDF format does not vary from one computer to another.

Q : What difference is there between the impact of a fax broadcast and that of an e-mail broadcast?
A : The objectives of a fax and e-mail broadcast are completely different. The first generates calls while the second increases the number of visitors to your Web site. An e-mail broadcast also generates information requests by e-mail through a hyperlink which you place for this reason in your HTML document.

Q : How long can the impact of a broadcast be felt?
A : The advertising impact of a fax broadcast can be surprisingly long: a few days to even a few months. The effects of an e-mail, on the other hand, do not last more than three to four days.

A : No. In fact, it is a constantly growing medium. The number of transmissions per fax amongst individuals has considerably fallen since the arrival of e-mail, but it remains a powerful media for massive distribution and has proven to be very efficient.

A : We follow all the necessary rules in order to efficiently manage requests for removal from our databases. Concerning e-mail broadcasts, a removal button is placed for this purpose at the bottom of each e-mail message sent. Our lists are maintained and updated daily.

A : Depending on the targeted market, it is preferable to send a few thousand pages to ensure a good return.

Q : What is the response rate of a fax broadcast campaign?
A : Before answering this question, it should be specified that the response rate is related to the increase in information requests. The response rate does not correspond to the amount of sales! We transmit information concerning your product or your service; then, it is up to you to close the sale!

Historically, the response rate has ranged between 0% and 5%. The success rate of a marketing campaign varies greatly from one product/service to another and even between similar products/services. Whatever form of media used, the graphics used on the promotional document and the frequency of promotional sending, along with the product and its cost, are key elements in a successful campaign. We do not have control over all of these elements.

A : Absolutely; we want to provide the best possible price for you. In return, you must guarantee a minimum in annual sending. Many clients use this type of agreement.
